Question: What is a "True" multi-function device or MFP?
Answer: A true MFP is a solution that has the capability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Simply put in todays market many MFPs have the ability to print/scan/fax/copy but not all have the ability to perform more than one of these tasks at the same time. All Toshiba and Konica Minolta products which we carry have the capability to be "True" multi-function devices as well as some OKI & HP units.
Question: Why not buy directly from the manufacturer?
Answer: There are a number of reasons why acquiring equipment, supplies and service from a local dealer is beneficial to your business. With an independent dealer critical decisions are made immediately and there is no need to wait for word to come via email or phone from Toronto or Vancouver. When dealing with the manufacturer parts are often hundreds if not thousands of miles away, while we carry a vast inventory in our local warehouse not far from your business. The personal touch: a manufacturer's corporate criteria and employee turn-over rates can prevent relationships from being established. With an independent dealer who employs people in your area, personal relationships are an essential part of how we do business. We live and work in the same business environment as our customers and retain the knowledge of your account for future consultation for your office needs.
Question: Why should your next MFP solution be colour?
Answer: Colour is the fastest growing segment in the MFP/Printer industry. Simply put with supply and demand, now that there are a significant more colour products being produced the costs have come down considerable over the last number of years. With the prices of colour MFPs at all time lows, now is the time to look at replacing your B&W MFP and colour printers with a colour mulit-function solution.
Question: Why not acquire the cheapest solution?
Answer: You get what you pay for! Much like cars & homes, there are many different types of solutions being manufactured today. The differences can be quite significant such as engine life, performance, service costs and the ability to maintain connectivity to your networks are just a few issues to consider when looking at your next solution.

Question: Is it possible to upgrade my solution at anytime when I am currently leasing a solution?
Answer: Yes, but keep in mind that if a new lease signed anytime before its expiry date, there will be a portion of outstanding principle that may have to be included in your new solution. Also note that if you are currently with another solutions provider and you would like to explore your options this absolutely possible and we will help guide you through this simple process.
Question: Why lease my next solution rather than purchasing?
Answer: Leasing conserves your capital. Instead of tying your money up in a capital equipment purchase, which ties up your cash flow, a lease will allow you to pay for your purchase with low monthly payments. "Buy what appreciates, lease what depreciates!"
